Flora has extensive local and international experience in strategic leadership, business development, market penetration and marketing.
She also has interests in real estate. Flora is passionate about business, mentors entrepreneurs particularly women. While she was at the helm at Kenya Association of manufactures she spearheaded a new chapter for Women in manufacturing (WIM) aimed at encouraging more women to join the industrial sector.
She is the current Chairperson of WIM. She holds an MBA from University of Cape Town 2008- 2010 and B.Sc Finance and accounts (UK) 1988-1991. She has won several awards for her business and on a personal level during her entrepreneurial journey. Flora sits on several boards both in the private and public sector.
